The crucible is a story of people in the early town of Salem where witch craft is being investigated and a certain person by the name of John Proctor and his wife Elizabeth have been accused of it. They try to make a stand as people in their own community have already been hung.

bullying

I think bullying is wrong, even though you may the bigger, stronger person that's no reason to pick on a smaller, weaker person. The bullying needs to put themselves in their shoes and see how unfair it is to be the weaker person.

reason for the seasons

1. family-It's always good to spend the holidays with your family because it may be the only time you are close to them.
2. freinds-freinds are always good to have around.
3. presents- my favorite present is money because i can buy what i really want instead of being dependent on other people.
4. food- i love holiday food because it helps me gain weight.
5. hunting- deer season is always a plus during the holidays
6. new clothes-i love recieving new clothes so i can look good for the girls.
7. snow- i like the snow because it helps us get out of school and its fun to drive in.
8. hot chocolate- its warm and it taste great.
9. days out of school- its always fun to get out of school and go mess around with your buddys.
10. happiness- makes you feel better about yourself and others.

Speak

The book speak was about a young girl who just got to high school and is finding out faster than she wanted that it's not what she thought it would be. The girl (Melinda) was at a party and was raped by a boy who goes to her school, as she tries to talk about her problem and get through high school.

indian captive

This was about a young girl trying to get by with her family in the cowboy and indian times. Her family hears of a possible Indian attack, but her father doesn't listen to the rumors. The next morning they are captured and takin to a fort and are killed except for her. This book tells how she gets through it and learns the way of the Indians.

Touching spirit bear

This book was good, because it shows the reader than even people who arn't great people at heart can turn their lives around. It also had a good story behind it. It was about and young boy who has been in trouble most of his life and beats up a kid at school, and instead of jail time. They make a deal with him that he can spend a year on an island alone, to help find himself and make his life better.

Harry potter and the sorcerors stone

This book was year one of the series and it helped me understand the concept of it. I enjoyed this book because it isnt something that could happen in real life which made it interesting and fun to read. I'm going to try to read more of these books. It was about how harry survived and made his way to the school of hogwarts where he meets new friends and has adventures of his own.
